ABSTRACT Maulana, Dwi Yulanda Dimastya 2018. “Analysis of Yuki and Ame Personality in Ookami Kodomo no Ame to Yuki Anime, by Mamoru Hosoda: Literature Psychology Studies”. Thesis, Japanese Literature, Diponegoro Universiti, Semarang. Advisor: Budi Mulyadi, S.Pd, M.Hum. The purpose of this thesis is to reveal narrative elements in Ookomi Kodomo no Ame to Yuki Anime and personality of the main characters Yuki and Ame in Ookami Kodomo no Ame to Yuki Anime. This thesis used anime entitled Ookami Kodomo no Ame to Yuki as material object. Using literature study method to obtain data that support the research. The theories that support this research are narrative theories, as well as theories of personality trait and erg according to Raymond Cattell. This thesis explained about the formation of personality also character that experienced by main character which is Yuki and Ame in Ookami Kodomo no Ame to Yuki Anime. By the end, writer found the results that personality classification of the main character due to external and internal influences on the influence of the thinking pattern, including trait based on its ownership and trait based on the depth.
