Abstract
In the implementation of Fund Disbursement, KPPN Klaten uses a new application system that is SPAN. SPAN is an integrated system of all processes related to APBN management which includes budgeting module, commitment module, payment module, revenue module, cash module, and accounting and reporting module. The application system used previously felt more complicated because the application of Satker separated or individually other than that the data base is vulnerable because it exists in each KPPN. So with the new system is expected to be a lot of benefits for officers and satker because the operation is more practical and easy. The fundamental change to SPANs is that processes previously manually performed will be automated by the system. There are many benefits felt directly by the KPPN and Satker because SPAN cut the system that has been running at this time. This research was conducted to find out Information System of Fund Disbursement using SPAN Application on State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) of Klaten. Where in the research method using qualitative method and premises using primary and secondary research type. In the data collection using observation techniques, online data search, bibliography and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the release of this new system has been running well for KPPN Klaten officers but there are still obstacles in some KPTK units in Klaten especially in the operation of Fund Disbursement system using SPAN Application which resulted in SPM refusal. KPPN Klaten has conducted various solutions such as Socialization of Treasury Regulation from KPPN and Pusat, Bimtek application from KPPN, Mentoring of Customer Service officer, and issuing guidance / tutorial application still there is still refusal of SPM. So the authors provide some suggestions for KPPN Klaten KPPN officers and the Satker must run the regulations as stipulated by the Ministry of Finance, KPPN Klaten should make guidelines for written applications for Satker from remote areas and KPPN Klaten should appeal to the Satker at the time of socialization so that officers the operator appointed by the agency is understood / responsive to the information technology or who has the ability to catch a good study of new applications and new updates quickly and well.
