PROSEDUR PEMBERIAN KREDIT PADA KOPERASI SERBA USAHA SEHATI DI KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

Abstract

In writing this Final Project the author discusses the "Procedure Provision of Credit to Cooperative Sehati Cooperative in Sukoharjo District ". The author chose this title because of the increasing number of economic needs increased, people prefer to set up cooperatives together for meet the needs of his life. Because Cooperative is easier than Banking, from the terms to the liquefaction process. The method used is qualitative method. Technique data collection using interview research, observation, and documentation. The acquisition of data is done by study on Multipurpose Cooperative Sehati Enterprises in Sukoharjo District. Based on the results of research and discussion in the implementation the provision of a loan is a condition to obtain a loan from the Cooperative Sega Usaha Sehati is already registered as a member. After the fulfillment condition, then the lending procedure is the member concerned must first submit a loan application letter, if the request loan is approved then both parties agree to bind themselves in an agreement. The debtor is entitled to get a loan amount. Recommended to the debtor that is to pay the principal and interest on time each time installment. And for the Creditor is to receive installments on time and sanction the borrower in case of congestion. Liability of Creditor that is to serve well and keep the assurance of goods as well as possible. Therefore, the deposit storage is set in the decision in the pattern Policy. The sounds for borrowers above 1 million are required to provide a guarantee BPKB or Certificate.
