Abstract

Telekomunikasi Inc. is one of State Owned Entreprises (SOEs) company which has an obligation to implement the CSR program called PKBL. PKBL is the real form of the CSR Program which is managed and implemented by the Community Development Center Unit. Partnership program implemented by Telkom Inc. Spesifically Small to Medium sized Enterprise (SMEs) coaching. Target of this CSR program is 1000 SMEs, but only 541 SMEs were coached. The purpose of this research is to describe the activities of the CSR partner program SMEs Telkom Inc. Regional IV Jateng & DIY and explain why this CSR program has a fewer number of partner who scouted by Telkom Inc. Regional IV Jateng & DIY. This Research method uses descriptive qualitative method From the results of the study, 1.) planning of CSR program SMEs by Telkom Inc. Has been well implemented, according to purpose and objective set. 2.) The aspect of organizing CSR program has been running well, seen fromt the number of coaching training variations partners. 3.) The communication between CDC Unit and partners is condusive, seen there is feedback in the workshop. 4.) Management in this csr program deficiency, because this program managed directly by CDC Unit. Management of this CSR embrace self managing pattern. The lack is human resources in managing, so coaching to the partners is uneven.
