Abstract

One of the most unresolved issues of the world is the energy crisis. The building referred to as the biggest energy-consuming is no exception in Indonesia. Some buildings in major cities in Indonesia have not entirely implemented Green Building system one of them in the province of Central Java. The objective of this research is to know the criteria of Green Building Council Indonesia which is considered the most important to energy in research object, to know the result of green building mapping on several buildings in Central Java province, and to know the solution needed by building that can lead to green building concept. The study consisted of two parts namely the validation of data on Green Building experts and research data validation results of 3 research objects. From the data validation results obtained the three most important criteria on Green Building, namely Energy Efficiency and Conservation, Water Conservation, and Health and Indoor Comfort. The result of this research shows that Government Building represented by Bappeda Building Pemkab Boyolali with 23 points from total points 70 or 33%, then building KCU BNI Semarang with the acquisition of point 21 from total points 70 or 30% and the last is Sukowati Geological Engineering building 20 of the total points of 70 or 29%. The resulting solution is Life Cycle Cost performed on MVAC work by using hydrocarbon refrigerant to save 6 %, Conservation of greywater reuse resulted in cost savings of Rp. 421,584 or 43.63% of the total cost of Rp. 966,333, and the lighting analysis resulted in a 12.3% increase in illumination or an increase of 2.14% of indoor outdoors.
