Abstract
Acquisition of wages and prosperity of outsourced workers at Diponegoro University is determined from 3 matter: the budget of outsourced users, procurement process of outsourcing providers and employment agreements between outsourced employers and workers.Outsourced workers are not open to be appointed contract workers or permanent personnel of Diponegoro University, due to contract workers and permanent personnel through open selection. Outsourcing practices are beneficial only in the short term but in the long term the choice of contract workers/remains strategic. The importance of increasing wages and prosperity, in addition to outsourced workers will work comfortably, also presenting the procurement principle of best value for money. Efforts to increase wages and welfare of outsourced workers at Diponegoro University can be done through a centralized procurement budget, provider selection process and contracts with providers.
