PROSEDUR PERJALANAN DINAS PIMPINAN DAN PEGAWAI PADA LEMBAGA PENGEMBANGAN DAN PENJAMINAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN UNIVERSITAS DIPONEGORO

Abstract

This Final Project entitled Travel Procedures Dinas Pimpinan and Employees at the Institute for Development and Quality Assurance Diponegoro University. The aspects studied in the writing of this final task is how the official travel procedures conducted at the office of the Institute for Development and Quality Assurance of Education and what are the obstacles experienced during the procedure. In this final project the author uses descriptive research type and data collection process is done by interview and observation. From the research can be described the preparation stage of official travel on LP2MP invitation letter, making a letter of assignment, making details of official travel expenses, making SPPD and making travel reports. Official travel procedures on LP2MP have been good but still found some obstacles that are experienced are the lack of time to prepare for official travel, the absence of making a list of official travel, limited travel budget. Therefore it is necessary to improve both in terms of procedures and the implementation of the procedure itself.
