Abstract
This research was implemented in Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Tengah Semarang. The background or basis of this research are formation limits and the difficulty of getting the right qualifications as required in Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Tengah Semarang. The author applies the descriptive methods using qualitative data to determine how was the procedures in recruiting a new temporary employees in Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Tengah Semarang. The authors use interview technic and observation to create this research. Results of a study shows procedures in recruiting a new temporary employees in Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Tengah Semarang done if there is demand from others divition by their friends notify friends or relatives. Then applicants will undertake futher filtering stage followed the induction phase (recognition of the work). Suggestions that the author could tells of this study is in order to looks for a new temporary employees should still run the procedure well and carefully in order to receive new job candidates hall to get qualified personnel and in accordance with the needs.
