ANALISIS DAMPAK CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, UKURAN, PROFITABILITAS, DAN PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DI INDONESIA

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of corporate governance, firm size, profitability and growth on dividend policy in Indonesia. Dependent variables in this research is dividend policy, meanwhile the independent variables are corporate governance, firm size, profitability and growth. This research uses secondary data from financial reports and annual reports from manufacturing firms that listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia. This research uses purposive sampling method. Samples that choosen is manufacturing firms that published their annual reports and paid dividends in 2016. This research uses regression analysis method to examine the relation between independent variables and dependent variable. The results of this reasearch showsthat corporate governance and firm growth give a negative impact on dividend policy. Meanwhile, firm size and profitability give a positive impact on dividend policy.
