Abstract

Serpong highway is one of the most important street in South Tangerang City. Serpong Highway has a major role in connecting South Tangerang City to some neighboring districts and cities. Although holding an important role, Serpong Highway has 0,807 of level of service which is low and Serpong Highway can be interpreted as a congested street. This Research aims to solve the congestion happened in Serpong Highway. This Research uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method is used to analyze 10 policies to solve the congestion happened in Serpong highway proposed by key-person respondents. Alternatives are divided into three different aspects: Economic Aspect, Social and Cultural Aspect, and Infrastructure Aspect. Those whole alternatives would be analyzed by three different type of respondents: Key-person, Serpong Highway User, Residents Around Serpong Highway. Key-person as many as 30 respondents, Serpong Highway User as many as 30 respondents, and Residents Around Serpong Highway as many as 30 respondents. Based on this research, Infrastructure Aspect with building flyover alternative became a prioritized alternative with inconsistency ratio of 0,03 or less than 0,10 which means that this analysis is consistent and acceptable as a priority in solving Serpong Highway Congestion. Building flyover alternative is the highest priority among other priorities.
