ANALISIS PENGARUH CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN KARAKTERISTIK PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN DI INDONESIA (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Sektor Non-Manufaktur tahun 2015)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine impact of corporate governance, firm size, firm profitability, and firm growth on dividend policy in Indonesia. The independent variables are corporate governance, firm size, firm profitability, and firm growth while the dependent variable is dividend policy. This research uses regression analysis method with secondary data obtained by purposive sampling method. Research data is secondary data from financial statements and annual reports of non-manufacturing firm that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015. The results of this reasearch is indicate a negative influence between corporate governance on dividend policy in Indonesian. While the results of research that has been done also shows a positive relationship between the firm growth and firm profitability on dividend policy.
