Abstract

In an organization, management is very important, especially supply management. Supply management is one of the ways used by an organization to manage supplies for the better. The stages of supply management include planning, procurement, storage, distribution, use, and deletion. From the results of management research consumables, found obstacles in the implementation of supply management. Stages of supply management that have constraints that is: First, the procurement stage constraints due to the required goods is difficult to find. Second, the storage stage constraint is the storage process does not use storage procedures. Third, the constraint of the use stage occurs because when the process of using goods, the work unit does not have a list of legitimate demand for goods. From all the constraints that occur, the solution that can be taken are: The procurement phase, the solution is done by way of work unit can find the needed goods without having to adjust the market price. The solution to the storage stage is to implement an effective and efficient storage procedure. The solution to the stage of use is when there is a demand for goods without carrying a list of legitimate requests will not be served, as security in the use of goods.
