PROSEDUR PENGHAPUSAN ALAT TRANSPORTASI DINAS DI LINGKUNGAN PERUM PERHUTANI DIVISI REGIONAL JAWA TENGAH

Abstract

This research was held in Perum Perhutani Office region, Central Java Division. The puspose of this research is to know the removal procedures of department’s transportation device which done by Perum Perhutani DIVRE JATENG. In this research the author used observation method, interview and literature review. Observation method is done during the internship of the author, the interview was made by giving a question and directly answered by the worker who handles the removal of the department’s transportation device, and the literature review made by search and select the tire from reference books that support or useful. The author makes this research because the transportation device is an important substance to support the success of the work. The transportation device has been passed through supplied stage so basically, in physics, the device is ready to use as the necessary, on the next stage in a certain period the device will decrease in ability and appearance either technically or economically. Those problems will cause a lot of cost for the maintenance, control or repair. Based on those facts, then come the concept about the removal of transportation device that's less or no longer useful. In general, removal can be said to be the effort and activity of the liberation of the transportation device from accountability for a reason that can be accounted for. In the overall process of the removal, transportation device already well, the procedures and administration are very clear, complete and detailed based on PER02/MBU/2010 Procedures for Removal and Displacement of Assets in the State Property of State Enterprises. During removal execution, since the proposal till approval and auction submission till the determination of auction scheduled for KPKNL need a lot of time. So the author recommends to re-submit an extension letter for the removal period.
