Abstract

The research was conducted in the Secretariat of the Central Java Provincial Legislative Assembly in the General Section. Problems to be studied is how the application of working procedures in administrative management administration and what factors are faced in the application of working procedures. In this study the authors examine the working procedures in the process of planning and control work. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of work procedures in administrative management administration and any problems experienced and suggestions that can be given. The procedures used in the application of work procedures in the general section are taken from the Work Plan of the Secretariat of the Provincial Parliament of Central Java contained in the same Government Regulation namely Central Java Provincial Regulation No. 5 of 2008 and Central Java Governor Decree Number 59 Year 2002. So not only the general section that uses Renja as a reference but all the existing fields in the Secretariat of Parliament of Central Java Province also use Renja as a guide. Factors faced in the application of working procedures in administrative management administration is in the processing of incoming and outgoing mail and in the stage of mail archiving. From the results of this study the authors provide suggestions, among others, improve personal communication between employees in processing incoming mail and outgoing mail so as to optimize the use of facilities and infrastructure in the archiving of letters.
