PROSEDUR PERCEPATAN PROSES PELAYANAN PERIZINAN TENAGA KESEHATAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN APLIKASI SINAKES (SISTEM INFORMASI TENAGA KESEHATAN) ONLINE DI DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU (DPM-PTSP) KOTA SEMARANG

Abstract

Procedures for the accelaration of the service process are essential to facilitate licensing services to applicants for licensing. And with the acceleration process of licensing service of health worker supported by utilization of Information Technology to handle problems such as handling license file, license recording until printing permit, licensing service organized by PTSP can be done optimally. The purpose of this study is to describe the procedures for the acceleration of the process of licensing services of health workers using the application SINAKES (Sistem Informasi Tenaga Kesehatan) in Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPM-PTSP) Kota Semarang, constraints faced and the solution. The research uses qualitative research methods. The results of the research, the process of acclerating service licensing of health personnel before using manual system and is currently using online SINAKES application. In the implementation, there are still some problems that occur so that inhibit the acceleration of health service licensing service process. The problems are, time of service, internet network during the licensing service of health personnel and the ability of service users of health personnel licensing. Suggestions that can be given include, improving the quality of the internet network, should all licensing services in DPM-PTSP using the online system and SDM adjusted to the needs of both the number and expertise and the need for frequent socialization.
