Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the influence of corporate governance, financial ratios and type of sukuk to the sukuk rating. The dependent variables that used in this research is the rating sukuk. Independent variables that used in this study are commissioner, commissioner independent, auditor quality, leverage, profitability and type of sukuk. The control variables in this study is type of company. The population used in this study is sukuk from companies listed in Bond Book of Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015. Sampling is used by purposive sampling method. Based on that method, the total of samples are 65 companies. This study was analyzed by ordinal logistic regression. The results showed that the commissioner and auditor quality are significant influence on sukuk rating, while commissioner independent, leverage, profitability and type of sukuk are not significant influence on sukuk rating.
