Abstract

Production process requires input such as capital and labor to produce output reference from Cobb-Douglas function. Infrastructure is form of capital and support tool to increase productivity of a region, in general, the econom called it as social overhead capital. Therefore, the availability of infrastructureis important to boost the economy. The availability of infrastructure in underdeveloped district of East Nusa Tenggara Province is still inadequate and not optimal. The goal of this research is to analyze how big the infrastructure influanced the GDRP of 17 left behind regencies in East Nusa Tenggara Province since 2011 to 2015. The used data included GDRP to 2010 constant price, road lenght, quantity of sold electricity, elementary school, primary school, public health center, development spending. Data are processed by using regression analysis of panel data with random effect model metode. The research results show quantity of sold electricity, elementary school and development spending give positive and significant influence to GDRP. The quantity of public health center give positive influence but not significant, while the quantity of primary school and road length give negative and not significant influence to GDRP. The quantity of elementary school and sold electricity have the biggest influence to GDRP of left behind regencies in East Nusa Tenggara Province.
