Abstract

The purposed of this study was to analyze the influence of independent variables of the service quality,word of mouth and location through the dependent variables is a purchasing decision . A sample of this study is 100 consumens. The technique used in sampling is an accidental sampling. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that the variable service quality, word of mouth, and location has positive influence and significant on purchasing decisions to Pos Ketan Legenda 1967 in Semarang.
