Abstract

This research aim to examine and analyze effect of e-service quality, customer satisfaction, trust and brand image as well as the impact on repurchase intention (Studies on Berrybenka semarang customer) The population used in this research are customer who had bought the Berrybenka product with the number of sample taken 130 respondents. The analysis method was used quantitative method with AMOS as the analysis instrument.. The result showed that e-service quality has a positive influence on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive inlfuence on trust, customer satisfaction has a positive influence on brand image, trust has a positive influence on repurchase intention and brand image has a positive influence on repurchase intention.
