Abstract

ABSTRAK Redesign Sistem Jaringan Perpipaan Air Minum Zona Distribusi Timur Wilayah Pelayanan Kota Kabupaten Demak Nosa Ajulva Lovely, Endro Sutrisno, Arya Rezagama Sesuai dengan kebijakan pemerintah yang tertuang dalam PP No. 16/ 2005 tentang Pengembangan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum, maka diperlukan pengelolaan air baku dan penambahan jaringan pelayanan yang bertujuan untuk memperluas cakupan pelayanan air minum, terutama untuk daerah yang rawan kekeringan. PDAM Kota Demak melakukan pengembangan wilayah pelayanan pada zona timur yang diprioritaskan pada daerah Kelurahan Weding dan Kelurahan Jali. Agar air yang didistribusikan dapat mengalir diperlukan perencanaan re-design jaringan dengan melihat faktor-faktor seperti tekanan, diameter, jenis, dan umur pipa. Penyusunan re-design ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu pengambilan data, pengambilan sampel, pengukuran daya listrik, analisis data, proyeksi penduduk, proyeksi kebutuhan air, analisis pemodelan, dan pengembangan jaringan. Pengembangan jaringan perpipaan air minum zona timur distribusi Kota Demak dilakukan dengan cara penggantian beberapa ruas pipa, khususnya pada pipa pembawa. Diameter pada pipa pembawa harus dibesarkan dan penggantian pompa juga perlu dilakukan. Penggunaan energi juga harus diperhatikan, dengan Alternatif penggunaan 4 buah pompa dengan spesifikasi flow 65 Lps dan head 6 bar lebih efisien, dimana rata-rata penggunaan energi perharinya sekitar 3774,4 KWh. Biaya yang diperlukan untuk melakukan pengembangan jaringan distribusi yaitu sebesar Rp 10.143.576.000,00. PDAM Demak optimizes services in the eastern zone prioritizing in the areas of Weding and Jali. In order for distributed water to flow, re-design of the network is required by looking at factors such as pressure, diameter, type, and age of the pipe. This re-design was done by several stages: collecting data, sampling, electrical power measurement, data analysis, population projection, projection of water requirements, modeling analysis, and development strategy. The development of eastern zone drinking water distribution network of Demak City was done by replacing several pipelines, especially on the carrier pipe. The diameter of the carrier pipe should be raised and pump replacement was also necessary. The use of energy should also be considered, with the alternative use of 4 pumps with flow specifications 65 Lps and 6 bar head more efficient, where the average energy use per day was 3774.4 KWh.
