Abstract
This research aim to determine the influence of work discipline and work stress on the nurse performance. However employee performance is the most important asset of all there was a problem of decreasing nurse performance at PKU Muhammadiyah Cepu Hospital. This research was conducted on PKU Muhammadiyah Cepu Hospital. Samples were selected by applying Saturated Sampling method (Census Sampling). Data was obtained bydirectly giving questionnaires to 79 nurses. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression to. Data testing techniques that used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t test, f test,and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that H1 is accepted that work discipline (0,567) is positive and significant effect on nurse performance. H2 is accepted that work stress (-0,389) is negative and significant impact on nurse performance. This variables have an impact of 40,4% on nurse’s performance. While the remaining 59,6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
