Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of profitability, asset tangibility, liquidity, growth opportuniy, and cash flow to financial leverage. Case study on registered consumer goods companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period of 2011-2016. The number of sample used in this research were 24 companies. Sample were chosen using purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis where previously performed classical assumption that includes Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test and Heterokedastisitas Test with level of significance 5%. The result of this research found that profitabilitas have negatively significance relation to financial leverage. Asset tangibility have positively insignificance relation to financial leverage. Liquidity have negatively significance relation to financial leverage. Growth opportunity have positively insignificance relation to financial leverage. Cash flow have negatively insignificance relation to financial leverage.
