DIKSI DAN BAHASA FIGURATIF DALAM TEKS BADAN TRUK

Trucking is one of the artist's nervous media in pouring out his heart and mind, because trucks are always moving places or nomads so not just a few people from one spot to see, but everyone from all over the place can see the text in the body of the truck. The use of rhymes, imagery, diction and figurative languages each of which has the character of making truck body text as a reflection of the social portrait of the driver's life. The author chose the object in doing research. The theories I use are the structural and stylistic theories of Rachmat Djoko Pradopo which are used to search for intrinsic elements such as themes, rhymes, meanings, images and messages, as well as to determine the use of diction and figurative language contained in the body text of trucks. The theory aims to reveal the social condition of a truck driver who is expressed through writing on the truck, revealing also the text on the truck is made in such a way as to attract readers such as the use of synonyms and antonyms, connotative and denotative meanings as well as figurative languages such as comparisons, epic allegories, allegory , metonimia and sinekdoki. The results of this study explain that the truck body text is the result of the representation of thoughts and feelings of the life and social portrait of a truck driver. The text written on the truck is used to motivate truck drivers in the work, in addition to motivate the text as a thanksgiving for still having a decent job to fulfill family needs at home. In addition, the elements of rhyme, imagery, diction and figurative language are not only used in literary works written in a book in the form of short stories, novels, fiction or similar literary works, but also in the text of the truck body.
