Abstract

Test Tool First Order Dynamic of the Process of Self Regulation with Opening Valves πŸπŸ‘β„, πŸπŸ”β„, dan πŸπŸ—β„ Novita Dwi Anjarsari* 21030114060078 Process control is a combination of work tools automatic control. Many parameters have to been controlled in a process. There are pressure (pressure), flow (flow), temperature (temperature), especially parameters in the field of chemical engineering. On the process of the order self regulation is a process element able to control itself although doesn’t mounted instrument automatic control. From the graph, the results of the experiment shows that the water level will reach a new equilibrium despite the flow of input changed suddenly. In the experiment with the valve opening 13⁄ water level reaches new steady state with a height of 12,2 cm on Tank 1 and takes 290 seconds with flow rates are constant on 3 for sensor 1 and 2. With valve opening 16⁄ water reaches steady state with a height of 9,2 cm on Tank 1 and takes 280 seconds with flow rates are constant on 3 for sensor 1 and 2. The valve opening 19⁄ water level reaches steady state with a height of 6,9 cm on Tank 1 and takes 280 seconds with flow rates are constant on 3 for sensor 1 and 2. Factor of affects for this process dynamics testing tool is the valve settings and accuracy in reading the scale of height of the fluid level, sensor condition and presence of external sensor disturbance.
