The problem in this study is because the standard of employees follow the E-learning BCA at least 2 modules per year (52%), but from the evaluation is known only 48% so shows not meet the minimum standards and this becomes an interesting problem to be studied. This study aims to analyze the understanding of E-Learning, to assess the appropriateness of E-Learning implementation in terms of concept and practice and to analyze the effectiveness of E-Learning implementation in improving soft skill and hard skill in employees of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Semarang. So this will lead to increased employee competence. The research method used is phenomenology approach with qualitative analysis. The sample of the research is 30 employees in the company for questionnaires and for sample interviews in this study are 1 person Head of KCU, 1 head of operations, 1 head of service, 2 heads and 3 staff. Based on the results of the discussion in the previous section, it can be concluded as follows: (1) E-Learning is a method of learning that utilizes computer technology, computer networks and or the Internet so as to facilitate the learning process. (2) E-Learning method that has been done has a good implementation so that it can reach in all area of the company, (3) E-Learning effectiveness is expected to increase soft skill and hard skill owned by employees of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Semarang.
