Abstract

Xvii + 66 pages + 7 tables + 4 picture + 20 attachment ABSTRACT Bullying is one of the aggressive behaviour which is done by an individual or a group to create fear, danger situation, as well as harm for the victim. The nursing students as the recipients of Bidikmisi programme have risks as the bullying victims. Coping mechanism is needed to overcome bullying incident. The purpose of this research was to analyze the correlation of bullying incident with coping mechanism in recipient students of Bidikmisi programme at Department of Nursing Science. Total samples of this research were 140 recipient students of Bidikmisi programme that were consisted of students in class of 2013,2014, 2015 and 2016 at Department of Nursing Science Faculty of Medicine Diponegoro University. Data was collected using questionnaire and analyzed using chi square trial. The results showed a meaningful correlation between bullying and coping mechanism in recipient students of bidikmisi programme at Departement of Nursing Science Faculty of Medicine UNDIP (p = 0,022) Keywords : Bullying, Coping Mechanism, Bidikmisi Students Bibliography : 54 (1978-2017)
