ABSTRACT Safitri, Marisa Sekar. 2017. “Characteristic of Leadership as Reflected in the Main Character of Gokusen The Movie by Satou Touya”. Thesis, Department of Japanese, Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University, Semarang. Advisor, Zaki Ainul Fadli, SS, M.Hum. The purpose of this research is to explain structure factor in the Gokusen The Movie and charateristic of leadership as reflected in the main character of Gokusen The Movie. This reasearch tried to described that the Yankumi character in the Gokusen The Movie have the characteristic of leadership on herself. This research focused on the characteristic of leadership analysis in the main character Gokusen The Movie. This research used stucture methodology. Then, used equipping literature study method, data classification of instrinsic element and leadership element. In the last, data presentation with descriptive of analysis. Based on the result of Gokusen The Movie research are Yankumi reflects an ideal leader and qualified. Proven by eighteen leadership characters that has been describes on that movie.
