Abstract
OR= 3,074; 95% CI 0,733-12,898), penghasilan (p=0,474; OR= 0,656; 95% CI 0,207-2,081), pengetahuan (p=0,285; OR= 1,881; 95% CI 0,590-5,995), dukungan suami (p=0,708; OR= 0,798; 95% CI 0,246-2,591), dukungan keluarga (p=0,258; OR= 0,496; 95% CI 0,147-1,671), biaya pemasangan (p=0,209; OR= 2,599; 95% CI 0,585-11,548), riwayat efek samping (p=0,056; OR= 3,040; 95% CI 0,971-9,520). Kata kunci: partisipasi, MKJP, tubektomi Introduction: Women's participation in MOW / tubectomy contraceptives at both local and national levels is the lowest, they tend to choose injectable contraceptives, pills and others. Method: This type of research is analytic observational with case control study design. The research was conducted in Bumiayu Sub-district of Brebes Regency in March-April 2017. The sampling method in the case group used consecutive sampling while in the control group using simple random sampling. The sample size was 102 female fertile couples, consisting of 34 women tubectomy participants as case group and 68 female participants of MKJP in addition to tubectomy as control group. Results: Multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression showed that factors that were found to be related to women participation in tubectomy were: education (p = 0,023, OR = 4,182; 95% CI 1,218-14,353), job (p = 0,038; OR = 4,436; 95% CI 1,086-18,113), number of children (p = 0.026; OR = 3,623; 95 % CI 1,166-11,257), completeness of service (p = 0,006; OR = 5,781; 95% CI 1,647-20,298), distance to service place (p = 0,026; OR = 3,623; 95% CI 1,166-11,257) P = 0,002; OR = 1,889; 95% CI 1,889-17,516). The factors that proved unrelated were: age (p = 0,125; OR = 3,074; 95% CI 0,733-12,898), income (p = 0,474; OR = 0,656; 95% CI 0,207-2,081), knowledge (p = 0,285; (P = 0,708; OR = 0,798; 95% CI 0,246-2,591), husband support (p = 0,708; OR = 0,798; 95% CI 0,112-1,625), family support (p=0,258; OR= 0,496; 95% CI 0,147-1,671) (p = 0,708; OR = 0,798; 95% CI 0,590-5,995), cost (p = 0.209; OR = 2.599; 95% CI 0.585-11.548), history of side effects (p = 0.056; OR = 3.040; 95% CI 0.971-9.520). Conclusion: Factors that have been shown to be associated with women's participation in tubectomy are education, occupation, number of children, completeness of service and distance to the service.
