Abstract

Development planning is onepart early in the development rycle. While the evaluation of development is the final part of a development cycle. Evaluation is very necessary in order to see whether the development has reached the target thathad been planned. Evaluation is governed by Article 46 of Government Regulation No. 8 of 2008 includes an evaluation of the policy of regional development planning, implementation of local development plans and the resuts of local development plans.
