Abstract

This Article introduces newly modes of election violation at the local level, consisting of vote manipulation, bribery of officials, unequal treatment, infringements of the right to vote, vote and duty secrecy, abuse of power, conflict of interest, sloppy work of election process, intimidation and violence, broken or breaking of the laws, absence of effective legal remedies, the fraud of voting day, destroying neutrality, impartiality and independent, as well as internal conflict within the election management body. It also predicts potential fraud on the upcoming local eection in 2017. It recommends strategies to appropriately prevent and take action against the violation to the code of ethics of election administrator
