METAFOR KULINER DALAM KUMPULAN PUISI PENDIDIKAN JASMANI DAN KESUNYIAN KARYA BENI SATRYO (SEBUAH KAJIAN STILISTIKA)

This study use an analysis of culinary metaphor as the formal object, which consist five poem from collected poems Pendidikan Jasmani dan Kesunyian by Beni Satryo, with stylistic perspective. The material objects are five poems from the collected poems with the titles “Duri dalam Daging”, “Menyiram Kuah Soto”, “Onde”, “Nagasari”, and “Mie Cakalang”. It use literature method with the techniques: data collecting, data analizing, and data serving. The theory in this study is Roman Ingarden’s structural theory which used to study poems and stylistic theory to study poems metaphor. The result of the structural analize from poems “Duri dalam Daging”, “Menyiram Kuah Soto”, “Onde”, “Nagasari”, and “Mie Cakalang” by Beni Satryo give a knowledge on all of the elements (phenomenons) of those poems. “Duri dalam Daging”, “Onde”, “Nagasari”, and “Mie Cakalang” produce an ephony sound. “Menyiram Kuah Soto” produce a kakaphony sound. “Duri dalam Daging”, “Nagasari”, and “Mie Cakalang” give meanings of life vitality. “Menyiram Kuah Soto” gives a sadness meaning. “Onde”, gives a bravity meaning. The result of metaphors analysis “Duri dalam Daging,” Menyiram Kuah Soto,” “Onde,” Nagasari,” and “Mie Cakalang” from Beni Satryo give a really good allusions about daily fragmens that missed by our eyes. The struggles and every life problems served on a very popular Metaphors. Culinary menu has choosen as the main object of allusion so that Beni’s poems close to daily life ang give a glimps of humour, but also deep. That makes Beni write poems and the readers are pulled into a the different experrients than one can ever imagines. Keywords : Poems, culinary, structural, stylistic, metaphor
