STRUKTUR DAN MAKNA KESSHITE DALAM KALIMAT BAHASA JEPANG 日本語の副詞「決して」の構造と意味

Abstract

ABSTRACT Kesshite is adverbs which can explain or adding the meaning of the other words, such as verb, noun, adjective, other adverb, and adjective pronoun. Except words, kesshite also explain or adding the meaning of expression or phrase in negation form.. The purpose the research is to know the structure and the meaning of kesshite in japanese sentences. The method of study consist of data collection, data analysis and data presentation. Data collection done by collect sentences from literature from 2 novels, it is Totto Chan and Botchan and also from website www.eow.alc.jp. This data is presented in descriptive method. In this research there are 50 data sentences of kesshite . The result of the research is adverb kesshite can be followed by verb, noun, adjective, adverb, and adjective pronoun. Always followed by negative expressions. 60% of the data showed that adverb kesshite has meaning ‘sama sekali’ and 40% of the data showed that adverb kesshite has meaning ‘tak pernah’.
