Abstract

This study aims to find and analyze the relationship between technological change, economic growth, and environment degradation. Technological change is measured by input coefficient which obtained from input output table (IO). Economic growth measured by output per capita. Environment degradation measured using gas emision. Eight model for each emision used and compared to see which polutant affect other variable the most. To reach this study goals, simultaneous equation system regression used. Simultaneous approach can explain causality between each variables in this study. Secondary panel data is used in this study. Panel data is choosen because theoretical reason. The data is taken from various source: World Input Output Data (WIOD), Bank of Indonesia (BI), and Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS).
