Abstract

Bus Rapid Trans (BRT) Semarang as a Transportation Service of Semarang city has not been able to provide maximum service. The objective of this study is to find out the perception of passengers about the services quality of Public Services Agency of BRT Semarang. The researchers use perception (Philip Kotler, 1993) and quality of Service (Zeithaml 1990) as theoretical frameworks with quantitative descriptive method, and accidental sampling as sampling technique
