KATA JAHAT DENGAN SINONIMNYA DALAM BAHASA INDONESIA: ANALISIS STRUKTURAL

Hermintoyo, M.Pd. Research on the structural analysis of bad words with synonyms is done to determine the form of morphotactic, syntactic behavior, and the meaning of bad words with synonyms. The method used in this research is identity method and the distributional method. Meanwhile the technique uses are the technique of change and expansion techniques. The results of this research indicate that there are seven synonyms for bad word that is ruthless, nasty, ugly, vicious, cruel, vile, and sadistic. Each word is described based on a morphological process of the form of affixation, reduplication, and composition. The syntactic behavior of bad, ruthless, nasty, ugly, vicious, cruel, vile, and sadistic words belonging to the category of adjectives serves as the predicate, complementary, and the description of sentence level. The component analysis of the meaning of the bad word with its synonyms has an equation of basic meaning, while the difference in the component of meaning whether there is physical or verbal action and difference to the entity or the use of the word.
