Abstract
Program Studi Magister Keperawatan Konsentrasi Keperawatan Komunitas Departemen Ilmu Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro September 2017 ABSTRAK Kornelia Romana Iwa Pengaruh Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) terhadap Perilaku Merokok Remaja Laki-Laki di SMK Kesehatan Ruteng Kabupaten Manggarai xvi+ 90 halaman + 11 tabel +5 gambar + 11 lampiran Masa remaja adalah kunci tahap perkembangan manusia. Pada masa ini terjadi perubahan biologis, psikologis dan intelektual yang membuat masa remaja menjadi tahap paling unik dan saat yang tepat untuk diajarkan dasar-dasar kesehatan. Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) adalah suatu terapi komplementer yang membuat diri seseorang bisa menerima persoalan yang mengganggu stabilitas emosinya, misalnya marah, jengkel, tertekan, sedih, dan sebagainya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh SEFT terhadap perilaku merokok remaja laki-laki di SMK Kesehatan Ruteng Kabupaten Manggarai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi-Eksperimental dengan menggunakan desain pre-post test with control group. Jumlah sampel adalah 52 remaja laki-laki yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Pengukuran perilaku merokok dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner AUTOS, pengukuran kadar CO dan jumlah merokok. Analisis statistik dilakukan menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney dan Wilcoxon. Hasil intervensi SEFT menunjukkan nilai signifikansi > 0,05. Hal ini berarti SEFT berpengaruh mengurangi perilaku merokok pada remaja laki-laki. Terapi SEFT direkomendasikan sebagai terapi alternatif sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi perilaku merokok. At this time, the adolescents experience biological, psychological and intellectual changes that make them be at the most unique stage of development and the right time to be given education about the fundamentals of health. Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) is a complementary therapy which makes someone accept the problems that disturb his/her emotional stability, such as anger, irritation, distress, sadness, and many others. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of SEFT on smoking behaviors in male adolescents in SMK Kesehatan Ruteng, Manggarai Regency. This study used a pre-post quasi-experimental design with the control group. The samples were 52 male adolescents recruited using total sampling technique. In this study, the smoking behaviors were measured using AUTOS questionnaires, measurements of CO levels and frequency of smoking. Statistical analysis was performed using the Mann-Whitney and Wilcoxon tests. The results of SEFT intervention showed a significance value of > 0.05, indicating that SEFT had effects on reducing smoking behaviors in male adolescents. SEFT therapy is recommended as an alternative therapy for reducing smoking behaviors in adolescents. Keywords: Effects of SEFT, smoking behavior, male adolescent References: 75 (1982-2017).
