The results identified five themes, namely: 1) patients’ feeling after diagnosed with the disease affects their feeling in undergoing the treatment, 2) physical symptoms affect the patients’ self-concept, social aspect and spiritual aspect, 3) self-acceptance to cancer condition determines the coping strategies performed by the patients, 4) the needs of breast cancer patients included physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs, and 5) fulfillment of the needs of breast cancer patients was performed physically, psychologically, socially and spiritually. Based on the results of this study, it could be concluded that from the five main themes, the physical symptoms of breast cancer patients affect the needs and fulfillment of the physical, psychological, social and spiritual aspects.
