KAJIAN SEMIOTIKA DAN KONSEP PERSAHABATAN DALAM ANIME K-ON SUTRADARA NAOKO YAMADA 山田尚子が作った「K-on」というアニメにある記号論の研究と友情の概念

Abstract

ABSTRACT Hapsari, Assifa Aulia. 2017. “A semiotics Review and The Concept of Friendship at K-on Anime Directed by Naoko Yamada”. Thesis, Department of Japanese Studies, Faculty of Humanities, Diponegoro University. The Advisor Nur Hastuti, S.S., M.Hum. K-on anime told about a friendship of 4 students in Sakura senior high school whom joined at the same club. K-on anime’s story not only funny and entertaining, but also have the sign of actors’ character. So that the writer wanted to study about symbols, index, and icons in the K-on anime. Aim of the study are to describe symbols, icons, and index in the k-on anime directed by Naoko Yamada and to describe the concept of k-on club friendship at K-on anime directed by Naoko Yamada. The writer used 3 steps of the study’s method, there are anime K-on data collection downloaded in the internet, after that the Japanese subtitle downloaded in website Anime Transcripts.then, data analysis used Pierce semiotics theory to find icons, index, and symbols, after that analyzed the concept of friendship between the k-on club personil based on Aristoteles concept friendship. Finally the result wrote in the qualitative descriptive study. Finding of the study are 6 icons, 11 index, and 7 symbols. The concept of K-on club friendship analysis is virtue friendship which is give goodness by sincere and love. Keywords: pierce semiotics, k-on anime, aristoteles concept friendship
