Pengaruh PDRB, Investasi, Inflasi dan Upah Minimum Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Di Kota Semarang (1995-2015)

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence about Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP), investment, inflation, and minimum wage to employment of Semarang city period 1995-2015. The analytical method that is used in this thesis is multiple linear regression or ordinary least square(OLS),with time series 1995-2015 and this thesis used is secondary data. The results of the analysis showed that Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP),and investment have a positive and signifikan influence to employment of Semarang city, we can conclude a higher level Gross Domestic Regional Product (GDRP),and investment,hence higher level to employment of Semarang city. On the other side, a inflation have a negative and unsignificant to employment of Semarang city. A part of that, minimum wage have a negative and significant to employment of Semarang city. We can conclude a higher level inflation and minimum wage, hence a lower level to employment of Semarang city. With the R2 value of 0,754, which means that 75,4 percent of the dependent variable explanatory. While the remaining 24,6 percent is explained by the other variables outside the model used.
