Gambaran Respon Sosial Mahasiswa Bidikmisi Departemen Ilmu Keperawatan Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro

Abstract

Bidikmisi students are students who receivethe government’s assistance in the form of education and living expenses by DIKTI (Indonesian Ministry of Education) with the provision of having good academic achievement and in criteria of poor family. Bidikmisi students is carrying out their role are required to have social skill. Social skill can identitifed by social response. Therefore, adaptive social response is very important to be owned by Bidikmisi students to maintain good performance. This study aims to research the description of the social response of Bidikmisistudents in the Department of Nursing Faculty of Medicine of Diponegoro University (UNDIP). The design in this research is descriptive quantitative that sampling technique is required; with the number of respondents are 140 Bidikmisistudents. Data used in this analysis is univariate analysis which shows that most of Bidikmisi students are in adaptive social response, that is equal to 51,4%. This research is expected to be a reference for Bidikmisi students to choose adaptive social response by maintaining or improving their social ability through the unit of students’—both internally and externally—organization in the university.
