Abstract

Kata Kunci : Klasifikasi ABC, Rule based system, RFID, ROP, Safety Stock Rule based system is very efficient used to keep stock of medicine to remain safe by utilizing Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as input means automatically. This method can keep the stock of medicines to remain safe by analyzing the needs of users in the use of medicines. Research data in the amount of medicine usage in hospital for 1 year. The data was processed using ABC classification to determine the medicine with fast, medium and slow movement. In each classification result is given rule based algorithm for determination of safety stock and Reorder Point (ROP). This study yields safety stock and ROP values that vary depending on the class of each medicine. Validation is done by comparing the calculation of safety stock and reorder point manually and calculation of safety stock and ROP in system and obtained the mean deviation value at safety stock equal to 0,03 and and ROP equal to 0,08. Keywords: ABC Classification, Rule based system, RFID, ROP, Safety Stock
