Abstract
Sistem informasi dibutuhkan dalam organisasi untuk menyelaraskan setiap kegiatan operasional, program kerja, dan perencanaan mengacu pada tujuan akhir organisasi. Sistem informasi juga dapat membantu manajemen melakukan pengawasan dan penilaian dalam upaya peningkatan efisiensi, efektifitas dan produktifitas organisasi. Sistem informasi mampu mengangani pengorganisasian yang buruk, bias manajemen, dan pengelolaan data yang tidak lengkap sehingga pengambilan keputusan yang relevan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menyusun sistem informasi pengukuran kinerja unit pengembang jurnal. Sistem informasi manajemen berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan organisasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penilaian kegiatan menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Proses kegiatan unit kerja dimulai dari pengajuan proposal, pelaksanaan dan laporan kegiatan. Input data proposal oleh operator unit menghasilkan perencanaan kegiatan dan keuangan. Input data pelaksanaan kegiatan menghasilkan data arsip kegiatan. Input laporan kegiatan dan keuangan menghasilkan data capaian, serapan anggaran, serta lama proses laporan kegiatan. Nilai kegiatan didapatkan dari total nilai capaian kegiatan, serapan anggaran, laporan kegiatan dan laporan keuangan yang dikalikan dengan bobot masing-masing indikator. Bobot indicator didapatkan dengan metode AHP. Kinerja unit didapatkan dari rata-rata nilai kegiatan. Sistem informasi manajemen mampu mempermudah dalam proses perencanaan, dan penilaian kinerja unit menggunakan metode AHP pada unit pengembang jurnal secara terintegrasi. Evaluasi kinerja sistem menilai kualitas sistem sebesar 60% baik, informasi yang dihasilkan sebesar 80% baik, serta kegunaan sistem dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan unit sebesar 80% baik. Management information systems can assist in the monitoring and assessment in order to increase the efficiency, effectiveness and productivity of the organization. The information system is able to handle the bad organization, management bias, and management of incomplete data so that the relevant decision-making. The purpose of this study to develop a performance measurement information system journal developer unit. Management information systems affect the organization's success. The method used in the assessment of activities using Analytical Hierarchy Process. The process of starting from the submission of proposals, implementation and activity reports. Proposal data input by operators generating planning activities and financial. Ongoing activity data input produce data archives activities. Data input of financial and activity report generate data performance, budget, and the long time to process activity report. Activities value be produced from the total value of achievements activities, budget, activity report and financial report are multiplied by the weight of each indicator. Indicator weights be produced by AHP method. Performance unit be produced from the average value of the activities. Management information systems simplify the planning process, and performance assessment unit using AHP in the journal developer unit. The performance evaluation system assesses the quality of the system 60% is good, 80% of the information generated is good, and the usefulness of the system in the unit needs 80% is good.
