Abstract
Penilaian kinerja penting bagi setiap karyawan dan berguna bagi instansi perguruan tinggi untuk menetapkan tindakan kebijaksanaan berikutnya. Di instansi perguruan tinggi penilaian kinerja digunakan untuk proseskenaikan pangkat atau golongan dan evaluasi kinerja dosen sedangkan kriteria yang digunakan sebanyak 2 kriteria (Sasaran Kerja Pegawai dan Perilaku Kerja),12 subkriteria (Kualitas, Kuantitas, Waktu, Biaya, Tugas Tambahan, Kreatifitas, Orientasi Pelayanan, Integritas, Komitmen, Disiplin, Kerjasama, Kepemimpinan) dan pelaksaannya masih dilakukan secara manual. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) karena AHP menyediakan framework yang rasional untuk menstruktur masalah yang ada ke dalam focus yang lebih kecil, menilai elemen pada tiap kelompok yang ada dengan memperhatikan alternatif yang lain agar didapat tujuan utama. Hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan alternatif keputusan berupa penghargaan dan hukuman. Supaya dimasa yang akan datang ada perbaikan atau evaluasi supaya lebih baik didalam kinerja setiap pegawai. Kata kunci : Analytical Hierarchy Process, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Framework, Kinerja, Evaluasi, Pegawai, Performance assessment is substantial for both employees and higher education institutions in order to arrange the next policy actions. In higher education institutions, performance assessment is used as promotion process or class increment and for evaluating the lecturers’ performance. The criteria used in this study are as many as 2 criteria (i.e. employees’ work objectives and work behavior), 12 subcriteria (i.e. quality, quantity, time, cost, additional tasks, creativity, service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, teamwork, leadership), and the implementation is still manually carried out. This research uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for it provides rational framework to structure the existing problems into smaller focus and assess the elements in each existing groups by considering other alternatives in order to achieve the main goals. The findings provide alternative of decisions in the form of reward and punishment. Hence, there will be improvement or evaluation on the performance of employees in the future.
