GAMBARAN KERJASAMA (TEAMWORK) INTERPROFESI MAHASISWA FK UNDIP YANG TERPAPAR INTERPROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (IPE) PADA TAHUN 2017

Abstract

A Description of the Interprofessional Teamwork on Students at Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University Exposed by Interprofessional Education (IPE) on 2017. xiv + 69 Pages + 7 Tables + 3 Pictures + 16 Appendices The ability to work on a team interprofessionally doesn’t appear naturally, but it has to be found and trainned since the early so that the students have an understanding about teamwork before they are employed. World Health Organization (WHO) triggers that Interprofessional Education method is considered to be an integrated system for preparing the collaboration practice. The aim of this research is to know the illustration of interprofessional teamwork on the students of Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro Unversity who are exposed by IPE (Interprofessonl Education) program in 2017. This non-experimental quantitative research is using descriptive design. The respondents consist of 235 students of Faculty of Medicine, Diponegoro University who are exposed by IPE programs in 2017. Proporsional stratifed sampling is used in this research. Data is taken using modified Teamwork Score (TWS) questionnaire and analyzed with descriptive statistic. The result of this research is the interprofessional teamwork skills of FK Undip students exposed to IPE in good category, that is 51,9%. For the results on each component are, 58.7% for team structure, 52.3% for leadership, 50.2% for situation monitoring, 60.4% for group support, and 55.3% for communications skills in good category. IPE training have given an opportunity for students as an early step for developing their interprofessional teamwork skills.
