Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. TASPEN (PERSERO) Main Branch Office of Semarang). This study aims to determine whether the influence of job training and motivation affect the performance of employees in PT.TASPEN (PERSERO) Main Branch Office of Semarang). As an independent variable, namely job training and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The analysis used included multicollinearity test, Heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2). Based on the results of multiple linear regression test, the results show that job training has a positive and significant impact on employee performance and motivation has a positive and significant relationship to employee performance.
