PERAN INTEGRASI LEKSIKAL BAHASA MELAYU MALAYSIA KE DALAM BAHASA INDONESIA PADA MASYARAKAT DESA TANJUNG ARU KECAMATAN SEBATIK TIMUR

Abstract

The focus of this research is the role of the Malay Malaysian lexical integration into Indonesian society Sebatik Tanjung Aru Eastern District of North Kalimantan province Nunukan. Language contact that occurs between the speakers of Indonesian with Malaysian Malay language speakers affect the use of the vocabulary of Indonesian speakers in the village of Tanjung Aru. The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of the process of integration of lexical Malay Malaysia into Indonesian in the village of Tanjung Aru District of East Sebatik and an overview of the factors that cause the occurrence of lexical integration into the Malaysian Malay Indonesian in the village of Tanjung Aru District of East Sebatik. This research is a qualitative descriptive study by applying the method of observation and interviews as data collection methods. After the data were analyzed, the results of the data analysis are presented in narrative descriptions. The results showed that the community interaction Tanjung Aru District of East Sebatik affect the use of the word. There are two process of integration, namely the integration audial and visual integration. Visual integration is divided into two, namely the integration of the concept of translation and integration of direct translation. (1) Integration in audial for example, dizziness (dizziness), (2) the integration of visually example, golget (toothpaste). The causes of integration is (1) Factors language (Linguistic Type) and (2) non-linguistic factors (Attitudinal Type).
