Abstract
Mantra can be interpreted as a series of words that can bring something that is unseen and is used to overcome the problems of life, especially for the Java community. Once familiar with the Java community mantra, make the mantra coloring all community activities, one of which trading activities. The use of language in different spells with the language of daily communication. This study tried to answer the question "How pragmatic power and functions for the Java community penglarisan spell". Based on the survey results revealed that pragmatics has ilokusif power components contained in the sentence. Meanwhile, the spell functions in general is to expedite the process activity.
