Bureaucracy reform have be done by the bureaucracy in Indonesia as an effot to improve public services. This reform requirement the state apparatus must be innovate, as a form responsibility to improving public services. The research aims to describe the innovations that have been made DISPENDUKCAPIL, in providing services adminduk (society of data administration). Today is still a tendency for public dissatisfaction with the services provided by the government. Innovation in the sense of a simple understanding indicate organizational changes that lead to the goodness that had not been there. The results showed that DISPENDUKCAPIL have to innovate in providing of public service Inovasi is implemantation of "model jemput bola" The model is shaped shuttle to the center and down to the society. The inovation model are changes of organizational system and human resources services, as based ond changes of mind-set for service. This model, has been the services of adminduk is more faster.
