Gambaran Karakteristik Ibu Hamil dengan Hiperglikemia

Abstract

Pregnancy with blood sugar intolerance would be causing hyperglycemia on that pregnant. Pregnant with hyperglycemia, if not taken seriously, would be causing some complication for the fetus, baby born, and the mother herself. Accordingly, needed to identify the pregnant since first antenatal to prevent hyperglycemia in pregnancy. The aim of this study was to serve description of the characteristic of pregnant with hyperglycemia in RSUD dr. Soehadi Prijonegoro Kabupaten Sragen, Sragen. This research was a non-experimental quantitative research using descriptive method survey. Sampling technique used was consecutive sampling with the total samples of 80 pregnant. The data were taken using Risk factors for Gestational Diabetes study (retrospective) questionnaire which is in the form of non-invasive screening. The result of the research showed that 46,3 % pregnant had age 26-34 years old, 20 % pregnant had overweight and 5% pregnant had obesity in pregnancy. 31,25 % pregnant had multigravida. Based from category risk hyperglycemia in pregnancy 38 pregnant (47,5 %) had risk for hyperglycemia in pregnancy. The conclusion in the research that pregnant with risk hypergycemua in pregnancy also found in grup high risk factor with age 26-34 years old, overweight, and parity multigravida. Identification of the incident hyperglycemia in pregnancy must in all characteristic the pregnant, so in first antenatal can be identified and category had risk hyperglycemia. Pregnant was expected to check her pregnancy routinely to avoid complication which causes morbidity and mortality. Key words: pregnancy, hyperglycemia, risk factor Reference : 86 (1991-2017)
