Abstract
Nursing Departement Faculty of Medicine Diponegoro University Semarang, August 2017 ABSTRACT Ruli Rahmawati The Representation of Applying Occupational Health and Safety Hospital Program on Nurses at RSUD Tugurejo Semarang xv+94 pages+10 tables+2 figures+18 appendixes Hospital’s activities potentially cause the danger of physical, chemistry, biology, ergonomic and phycosocial that can endanger nurses’ health and safety. The appropriate realization of occupational health and safety program is important to ensure nurses’ health and safety, prohibit work’s accident and also work’s disease. The aim of this research is to find out the representation of applying occupationa health and safety hospital program on nurses at RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. The kind of research in this study is quantitative with descriptive study and cross sectional approach, the sampling technique is proporsional random sampling with 216 respondents that are given questionaires as the instrument. 48,6% of applying occupationa health and safety hospital program on nurses at RSUD Tugurejo works well. 51,4% of developing human resources program on nurses has worked at RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. 56,5% of developing technical instruction and standard operational procedure program on nurses has worked at RSUD Tugurejo Semarang. 57,4% health work service program on nurses. 71,8% safety work service program on nurses. The result of this research can be a reference to give evaluation and investigate to improve the applying of health and safety hospital work on nurses.
